About Me

I'm enjoying living in the Blue Mountain area with my husband Kevin, teaching and practicing yoga, hiking the local trails, and living my best life.
I'm also the proud Mom of two adult children and a dog named Maverick.
I love living here and I love hosting friends. I hope you will come and join me for a yoga class or a yoga weekend retreat sometime soon!
